FAQ

When will I Receive my Order?

Each glass is handmade and made to order just for you. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be made prior to being shipped from our studio in New Orleans. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us in advance and we will help you out.

What is your Shipping Policy?

Shipping & Handling are especially important to ensure your glassware arrives unscathed. Each glass is carefully wrapped and then double boxed.  Only recyclable materials are used to package the glass.  If your package looks damaged when it arrives, please take photographs before opening.  We do our best to prevent breakage, but who knows what those packages go through and hey, glass breaks.  Each package is insured and broken glasses will be replaced.  Just email a picture of the broken glass(es) and notify what size and stamp was on the bottom, and new glass(es) will be shipped.

How does Pre-Order work?

Pre-ordering glasses is designed to give you peace of mind that your gifts will arrive in time. You can pre-order glasses with guaranteed holiday (December) delivery until the end of September. To pre-order simply note the delivery date you’d like when you are checking out.

We also accept pre-orders for glasses that are currently sold-out. Pre-ordering is an excellent way to save your spot in line and you will receive your glass as soon as we make it. Again, we always ask that you email or call us if you have any questions. 504-603-7080
